Fractional operations & systems

I build the systems that keep your business running without you watching over everything

I work with founders, professionals and small teams that already have traction, but whose processes and tools still depend on one person. I'm not tied to any single tool: I research, compare and hand you back the problem solved, not a list of options for you to choose from.

What I do

Does your day-to-day feel like chaos? I bring order to it.

Let's talk →

I design and implement the operating systems behind a growing business: documented processes, properly configured tools and a team that knows exactly how things get done, whether you're in the room or not.

01
Diagnosis

Operations audit & process design

I look at how your business actually runs today, not how you think it runs, and deliver a plan prioritized by real impact.

  • Audit of how your business operates today
  • Mapping of your core processes
  • Bottlenecks and rework identified
  • Tool stack review: what stays and what goes
  • Impact-prioritized report and roadmap
  • SOPs for your critical processes
  • Functional org chart and roles matrix
02
Ongoing support

Fractional operations

I run operations alongside you month to month, as part of your team, for the cost of a retainer instead of a full-time hire.

  • Monthly retainer of operations hours
  • Regular check-ins and priority setting
  • CRM management and upkeep
  • Accounts payable (AP) support
  • Tool and access administration
  • Monthly KPI reporting
  • Team onboarding and offboarding
03
Implementation

Custom systems

The tools and processes that let an entire area of your business run on its own, built where your team already works.

  • CRM and sales pipeline implementation
  • Notion workspace: wiki, projects and tasks
  • KPI dashboards
  • Document hub (Google Drive, Box)
  • Automations and AI applied to your operations
  • OKR, EOS and Lean Startup frameworks
  • Team training and user guide
04
Focused projects

One-off deliverables

If the problem is specific and contained, you don't need to redesign your whole system to fix it.

  • Notion page or template
  • Standalone dashboard
  • CRM cleanup or migration
  • Presentation or pitch deck
  • Ready-to-use digital templates
  • Hourly consulting session

How I work

No open-ended lists, no unnecessary complexity

Four principles I apply to every project, no matter the size of the team or where it's based.

01

Diagnosis first, tools second

If what you already use works, it stays. If something new doesn't add clear value over what you have, I won't recommend it.

02

Decisive recommendations

I go after your specific problem, whether that means fixing the process, finding the right tool or putting AI to work for you. Researching and comparing options is my job, not yours.

03

Processes and systems, not isolated tasks

I look at your operation as a whole: how work comes in, how information flows, who makes decisions and where things get stuck. I design around processes and roles, not names, so every piece fits together and the system keeps working when the team changes.

04

Urgency and impact

I prioritize based on your real capacity to implement, always aiming for a quick win. I'd rather move hard and fast than build a perfect plan nobody executes.

What it looks like in practice

01
Diagnosis

Your startup needs to get its documents in order. We review your case on a video call.

02
Recommendation

A document hub in Box, with team access through a Notion page.

03
Process & roles

We define who can access each document and who owns it: not "Mike," but the Operations Lead.

✓
Result

Accounts set up, documents uploaded and organized, access from Notion and roles defined. Everything live and working.

01
Diagnosis

Your real estate team has 80 leads scattered across text threads and inboxes. We review how they come in and how they're followed up.

02
Recommendation

A CRM with a sales pipeline, connected to the channels where leads already reach you.

03
Process & roles

The Agent logs every contact; the Sales Coordinator assigns leads and reviews follow-up.

✓
Result

A visible pipeline, automated reminders and a trained team. No more leads lost in a text thread.

01
Diagnosis

Leadership wants to see the numbers, but the data lives in 5 different spreadsheets. We map where each number comes from.

02
Recommendation

A Looker Studio dashboard, fed from a single source in Google Sheets.

03
Process & roles

Each department updates its own data; Leadership reviews and decides. Everyone knows which KPI they own and how often it's reviewed.

✓
Result

A live dashboard, data that updates itself and a weekly report ready for the leadership meeting.

About me

Everything I know I learned solving real problems, not reading about them

I started out supervising construction on engineering projects and ended up building the systems behind digital businesses, including more than three years in remote operations reporting directly to a CEO and COO. Along the way I learned more from what went wrong than from what went right, and that's the experience I bring to every project.

Beyond consulting

Three projects of my own, born from the same obsession: building systems that work.

Tell me about your business

Does your business depend on you keeping an eye on everything?

Tell me where your operations stand today. The first conversation is about understanding your situation, with no generic proposal involved. I work remotely with US clients, on Eastern and Central hours.
